INTRODUCING VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS FOR ALL CUSTOM MADE GOWNS

 Appointments are 40 minutes and held via Zoom Schedule a virtual appointment with our custom clothing specialists We start with a one-on-one appointment with one of our designers.

Our first virtual appointment will allow us to get to know you, the design you have in mind and the occasion for which we will be creating the outfit. We want to know how you envision yourself on that day: be it a birthday, party, wedding, a fabulous vacation, or any other event. We want to know if you have considered any of our online looks and your colour preferences, in order to create that perfect piece.   After we talk, we will immediately begin the designing process. This is where we will send you an email with 2 possible designs.

Then it is up to you to choose one or the other or a mix of the 2. You can adjust and change anything. you like by leaving a detailed message. We will then send you a design of the completed look and possible fabric choices.  Once you have confirmed both fabric and design, we will have a second virtual appointment, where we will walk you through the measurement technique, assuring that we have the accurate dimensions to create your one-of-a-kind look.

This is when we will start to create your garment. Once completed, we will mail the piece straight to you with the design included. There is a £50  consultation fee applicable on all virtual consultations. To schedule a virtual appointment please fill in the form below and as soon as the payment is received, your appointment will be automatically confirmed. Please kindly note that only payment guarantees the appointment slot.

Please kindly note that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE . If you would like to reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide us with 72 hours notice to reschedule your appointment via email.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the stylist’s day that could have been filled by another customer. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
